History
Established in 2016.I started this business in 2016. Since I started I have added an entire organic menu and continue to add more choices such as tacos, meatballs (turkey, chicken, and beef) as we get more and more requests. Being able to offer what everybody wants is very important to me....I am always looking to fulfill my clients needs and requirements.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. My Fiancé (Jeannie Paparone), who was a top level female bodybuilder for the last 15 years. We experienced first hand how difficult it was and still is to get in all of our nutrition requirements for the day due to our daily schedule. We tried several meal prep companies here and found none of them tasted very fresh or good for that matter. I know for me in order to eat a HEALTHY meal it has to taste GREAT...
So I decided to provide this service for all those who don't have time, or energy to cook good meals. I also decided to offer a full organic menu as well due to the high demand of people who take this very seriously. I have worked with several professional athletes, bodybuilders, fitness competitors and everyday professionals whether it be in real estate or to law, I know what it takes to make my customers happy with their food and nutritional choices.
