Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Due to the fact all meals are cooked and prepared fresh in our professional and sanitary commercial kitchen environment, there are no exchanges or returns of meals for any reason. See refunds.

ARSENAL VIP SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your Arsenal VIP subscription, you must do so through email request. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 48 hours of request. Send cancellation requests to ftmeals4u@gmail.com.

There are no refunds on subscriptions of any kind.


REFUNDS

In the very rare event that the meals ordered are not to a persons satisfaction, there may be a request for a refund or discount.

There may be refunds or discounts on future orders.

All requests must be put in within 24 hours after the delivery. Call us at (702) 405-8770 or email refund requests to ftmeals4u@gmail.com.

Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
