Extra 90/10 grass fed Lean ground beef on a bed of fiesta brown rice with corn and black beans. With a side of fresh Pico de Gallo and finished with chopped cilantro. Protein: 36g, Carbs: 52g, Fat: 8g, Calories: 424.

Chicken & Baked Sweet Potatoes
All natural white chicken breast meat with a side of green beans and custom blend of seasonings. Protein: 49g, Carbs: 41g, Fat: 5g, Calories: 405.

4u Breakfast
Scrambled cage-free whole eggs, with chicken sausage and baked red potato hash browns. Protein: 31g, Carbs: 25g, Fat: 18g, Calories: 386.

Bison & penne pasta
All natural grass fed Bison with high protein penne pasta topped with our homemade marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Protein: 51g, Carbs: 53g, Fat: 18g, Calories: 578.

Salmon teriyaki
6 oz filet of fresh wild caught, not farmed salmon seasoned with low sodium spices, marinated in customized teriyaki sauce. Served with broccoli and brown rice with a side of teriyaki sauce. Protein: 42g, Carbs: 33g, Fat: 18g, Calories: 462.

Blackened ground beef
All natural grass fed 90/10 extra lean beef with seasoned baked sweet potatoes, green beans, and a side of mesquite style BBQ sauce. Protein: 42g, Carbs: 36g, Fat: 6g, Calories: 366.

Chicken Teriyaki
All natural white chicken breast meat marinated in our custom teriyaki sauce and served on a bed of jasmine rice. Topped with fresh bell peppers and sautéed onions. Protein: 42g, Carbs: 49g, Fat: 5g, Calories: 421.

Chicken Stir Fry
All natural white chicken breast meat cooked in stir fry sauce , on a bed of white rice. With onions, peppers, peas mixed in. Served with a side of soy sauce. Protein 38g, carbs 42g, fat 6g, calories 414

Beef Rigatoni
Rigatoni pasta with extra lean 90/10 all natural grass fed beef. With out house made marinara, topped with parmesan cheese and oregano. Protein: 51g, Carbs: 43g, Fat: 18g, Calories: 538.

Fiesta Steak

When you really believe in the words “You are what you eat” Fit Meals 4 U is the only place in Vegas for your meal prep. The owner and his staff are not only business people but Athletes themselves. I have tried many of these services in Vegas only to find that they cut corners (Quality/Portion size) to increase their profits. I have seen a great improvement in my calorie intake, quality of macros, and energy from eating “Quality” foods from Fit Meal 4 U.

Fit meals has been a lifesaver. I cook my own food, and normally I’m all set. I love having the option to grab a few extra meals for on the go, or I’ll grab just my protein to prep my food for the week. I’ve tried most the food prep places in town, and they’re usually covered in salt and sauce. I’m not a fan especially when the extra junk on top doesn’t make it taste good. It just adds extra calories. Got meals puts the perfect amount of seasoning, the perfect portion sizes, and it’s always perfectly cooked!
