What if we are not at home at time of delivery?

You will always receive a text from us when we are en route with your delivery. We always deliver within 100% of the timeframe the client requests. But if, for any reason, you are not there at the time of delivery, we would require you to leave a cooler with ice packs in an accessible delivery spot, and inform us. We will verify delivery by taking a picture of the delivered meals and sending it to you, with the time that the delivery was completed.

  1. Hi. I’m looking for a service that will provide 14 meals a week for me. Would like it delivered. Do you have a program for that? I don’t mind receiving a delivery every day but that seems like overkill if your meals will last 2-3 days in the fridge.
