Can I request items not on your menu?
We do not at this time take custom meal requests beyond anything currently offered on our menu. Our current selection is based on high demand from customers for particular items. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have specific requests or needs, and we will do our best to work with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are happy to offer free cancellations up to 18 hours before the scheduled date of delivery. After this point, the meals will have already begun being prepared, and we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations.
Do you have a subscription?
We offer our Arsenal VIP Subscription, which is $14.99 per month. With this subscription, you will have special pricing and offers on all items on the site when you log in to your account.
How do I receive the discount emails?
You must register your email through our website to receive special offers and discounts. You should see a popup requesting your email when you first visit the site. You can also register your email by creating an account.
